• Please note prices do not include VAT, or carriage, which may vary according to the current fuel costs.
  

FINAL COSTS

• Costs may vary depending on final scheme requirements and will be covered by quotation revisions.
  

WINDOW FROSTING & FILMS

• We have not allowed for cleaning of windows and will be the responsibility of the client.
  
• All windows will require deep cleaning prior to agreed installation date.
  
• Failure to comply will result in poor quality frosting and will not be included in the snagging.
  

INSTALL PLAN

• Our installation manager will liaise direct, however final install dates are subject to all scheduled timelines being adhered to (i.e. artwork sign off and production of materials)
  

 

LEAD TIMES & PRODUCTION ALLOWANCE

• A standard 3wk lead in time is required FOLLOWING artwork signoff.
• This time can be reduced however may incur additional 'out of hours' labour costs.
• Please contact the studio for details.
  

SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT HIRE

• Price excludes any specialist equipment that my be required such as access and ground breaking equipment hire.

DISCOUNTS

• Invoices are subject to prompt payment according the the payment terms agreed and specified on the invoice submitted. 
  
• Late payment will result in the removal of any discount and a revised invoice for the pre-discounted price.
• (The original issue date will be used as datum for base of payment period).
• Additionally it is our policy to apply “The late payments of commercial debts (interest) Act 1998” to all outstanding accounts.
  

ARTWORK FEES

• Artwork fees are estimated and if they overrun the quoted hours additional hours will be charged following approval by client and will be added to the final invoice.
  

ARTWORK

• We will supply the copyright to re-use the supplied artwork as many times as you like.
