1. Free Site Survey :
We do offer free site surveys although initial
costings can often be done on the day of enquiry via
email.

2. Design
development :
Following a site visit you will receive :
- An itemised quote
- An initial artwork presenter
document.
The artwork document will illustrate some initial
design solutions and products that
are most suited
to your project.
(We offer a
variety of solutions to suit all budgets - the costs and materials
used will be outlined within the
quote).
Your project manager will refine
your preferred design until you are happy for us to proceed into
production.
3. Sign off :
Once you have made all your revisions you will receive a 'Sign off' document. This collates the final versions of every item needed to complete your project together for approval.
It should be used as a reference document to check and confirm that all the information in the artwork is correct and that you are happy for us to proceed into production of your project.
(This also becomes our
production guide).
4. Lead time :
Our *3 week lead time ensures that...
The install date that you
agreed - is the
date we arrive to install your project.
*Lead times can be reduced - but may
incur additional 'out of hours' labour charges
(dependant on scheme size). Please discuss this with
your project
manager.
Please
be aware -
During school holidays we will have a number of schemes being installed.
We therefore must reserve
the right to reschedule install dates to ensure ALL PROJECTS COME
IN ON TIME.
5. Install :
Your project
manager will liasie directly with your site team to ensure a smooth
install.
Depending on the size of your scheme -
We may require site access beyond 4 p.m.
